Featured Project: 11450 Side Rd 17, Sunderland

Project Highlights: 40 acres of pristine nature for sale in the heart of Sunderland, Ontario. This property is truly one of a kind. The exterior of the home has a retro stately feel to it you don't often come across, with a covered front door drive-up, back yard salt water pool, gazebo, garage and bbq shack. The trails are spectacular and we were tasked with filming 2 Great Danes running along the trails. It was a fun shoot as we hung off the side of a golf cart while filming them. Inside could use a little modernizing, but the right buyer who has a budget will truly make this property shine. We also filmed from the sky via aerial drone. Enjoy the video and photos below.
